This is my 33rd  year at HCS.  Started here in Sept 1985.  Taught Agriculture and was FFA advisor until 1990.  Became Technology teacher in 1990.

I coached modified boys soccer for 5 years 1999-2003.  I was President of the HTA for 2 years.

 

I taught 2 years at Rushford Central School (Agriculture) prior to coming to HCS.  I'm in my 9th year being shared with Lisbon Central.

 

I live in Lisbon with my wife Susan Pierce who is employed by BOCES as a Physical Therapist.  Our five children all graduated from Lisbon and participated in Cross-Country and Track/Field through a merger agreement with Canton CS. We are blessed with 4 grandchildren.   We operate a small farm.  Hobbies I enjoy include running, biking, hiking, cross-country skiing, reading and woodworking.  My wife and I both graduated from Madrid-Waddington CS.  I received by BS degree from Cornell University and my MS from SUNY Potsdam.
